“Lifecycles, Autumn” continues through December, 2013. This show features a mural-sized triptych that incorporates iridescent material in rich autumn colors. As seen in the November 29th Neon section of the Las Vegas Review-Journal.
Anne Stein presented information on the topic of “Still Life” to the Plan B Art Study Group in Las Vegas, Nevada. She interviewed one of the masters of the art form- Vincent van Gogh! (as interpreted by art enthusiast and local bon vivant Tom Kuhn.)

“Stein and Schwein”
Well known museum director and art historian Florence Schwein and artist A. Stein reunite for “Vive la Difference’” art history talk for the Pastel Society of El Paso, TX, November 10, 2100 at the International Museum of Art, El Paso. Ms. Schwein spoke on Degas and Cassatt, while Ms. Stein discussed the work of Arthur Dove and Georgia O’Keefe.
“New York, New York”
Ms. Stein’s pictured work was juried into the 2011 “Films on Artists” Show helad at Rogue Gallery, New York. This show was juried by David Masello, most well known by his work as New York editor of “Art and Antiques,” as well as commentator and speaker.

“manifestation, 8 Minutes of Arc” was chosen and Best of Show at the recent “Best of the Border” show held at the International Museum of Art in El Paso. The judge was Bill Rackocy, and esteemed artist who has lived in El Paso since the early seventies, and has been an artist for over 60 years.
“Education by Immersion”
A. Stein attended the Abstract Expressionist New York show at the Museum of Modern Art, NYC. 2010. It included Pollock, Still, Rothko, Kline, Reinhardt, de Kooning and a new found favorite, William Baziotes.
